"Refund took way too long"
Canceling was easy, but getting my refund was another story. It took almost two weeks, which felt excessive. I also kept getting those canned apology responses that don’t really say anything or make you feel like anyone is actually looking into it.

The info was mostly spot on and definitely helped us plan our trip. I’d be curious if other people had the same experience, but for us it made things a lot easier overall.

"Helpful, just a bit slow"
Had a question about switching our booking dates, so reached out to customer service through the site.
Got a reply the next day, and the person was nice and explained everything clearly. Took a little longer than I was hoping, but wasn’t a huge issue.
Overall, good experience. Would use the site again, just wish replies came a bit quicker when plans change.

"Super comfy spot by the park"
We had a really nice stay here, the place was clean and warm and check in was super easy. After hiking all day the beds felt amazing honestly. It’s not anything fancy, but it had everything we needed and I’d totally book it again

"I thought the prices were pretty..."
I thought the prices were reasonable, especially compared to how much time I would’ve spent going back and forth trying to compare everything on my own. For planning a Yellowstone trip, it made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming, and I felt like I was getting decent value without having to dig through a bunch of different options myself...

"Booking went through, just a little clunky"
I booked my stay and it worked out fine, but I’ll admit I quickly assumed something was wrong because the site felt a bit slow. Then I had to put my dates in again, which was annoying. The prices and options were easy enough to understand though, and the confirmation email showed up a few minutes later. So overall, not the smoothest booking, but it got the job done.

"Pretty handy, even if a bit messy sometimes"
I used the site while figuring out my trip and it was easy enough to get around. I found the park info quickly, which was great because I didn’t feel like digging through a bunch of random sites. That said, a few pages looked kind of cramped on my phone and got a little annoying. But then again, the maps and lodging details were actually clear, so it still helped me plan things a lot faster than I expected
